Summer Services

Congregation members would get together in the summer for informal picnics or a pot luck meals in a member's backyard. It was suggested the congregation might be ready for an informal church service where everyone sat in a circle and there was no musical accompanist. The experiment was tried and the first summer was a success. The tradition has continued since.
