Margaret Insley, the president of their board asked what kind of things we want to discuss with their members. I suggested: "How does your board function? How do you manage social media and advertising? How do you go about establishing growth? Now that your minister is retiring in June, are you going to be Lay Led until you call a new one? How important does your congregation feel about having a minister? What does this person bring to you all? We are interested in getting opinions from not just the board and committee members but how congregants manage their own roles in the congregation." Keep this date in mind, please. If you have questions, call Karen at 289-668-3238 or email her.
